Ordered a large Vinnie Favorite pizza tonight for dinner. It is the best pizza I have ever eaten. It is cooked perfectly with... the crust golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Withstandingthis darker side of the human condition, and judiciously balancing my objectivity on the edge of a knife, today I will go so faras to say that this chicken parmesan submarine sandwich that was placed before me, prepared by the hands of the good people atJoe & Vinnies... this is the single best I have ever had or ever will have. Despite it's humble appearance, and a size largeenough to be fired from the torpedo bays of the Red October, this chicken parm sub has dwarfed the flavor and substance of allother chicken parm subs in the known universe. It has redefined all that there ever could be in a chicken parm sub. It has nopeer. It has no contender. Their cheese is good the sauce is really good as well. But the issue I have is that they're a little too much on the dough. It's... too thick and chewy resulting in the pizza being too doughy if you will. If they were to stretch it out a little more and cutback a little more on the sauce and cheese a little it would be excellent!!! They do have a friendly and courteous staff.
