Came in on a Tuesday around 4:00. Only a few customers. Took over a minute to be served because there was no host/hostess. Food... was good surprisingly. Came out very fast and hot. Read more
Although the food was fine, it didn't make up for the 15 minutes we had to wait sitting at the bar for the bartender to... acknowledge my party, the rudeness we were shown when we asked if we could have something to clean the sticky bar counter, orthe broken speakers that made it so we couldn't even hear the Phillies game. That's all not to mention the chaos that ensuedwhen the wait staff kicked out a large group of people simole because they brought more people than was in their originalreservation. When they left they were so respectful, but I doubt they would be back. Visited the restaurant last night. Arrived around 9:00 PM or so. When I arrived, I decided to sit at the bar to watch the... Sunday night football game. There weren't that many customers at the bar, and some were leaving shortly after my arrival. Thelady who served me (her name is Kayla -- dark hair, wears glasses) was not very attentive to me at all. Firstly, she was notfriendly; it took her a long time to actually come to me to place my order (if she was too busy handling other endeavors, thenat least acknowledge me, and let me know that you will be with me shortly -- but she treated me as if I wasn't there -- and Idid not like that), and when she finally brought out the food and drink to me, she took the straw out of the container and threwit down next to the drink (I thought that was unprofessional). Lastly, she did not even offer to give me a refill on mydrink. Normally, I order dessert after I finish my main meal, but I was so unimpressed with the service that I decided to go toanother restaurant instead. When she brought back my debit card after paying for the meal, I wrote a big, fat ZERO in the tipcolumn. Some of you may think that's mean, but I don't care. I'm not a difficult customer to please -- all that I ask as acustomer is for a server to be friendly, attentive, and make me feel like a valued, welcomed guest -- but she did neither. Ifyou provide lackluster service, you're going to pay for it. If she would have done just the basic things, I would have gladlygiven her a nice tip. If management is actually reading this review, please have a talk with Kayla because her service was notvery good, and it's likely that I will not return for a long time -- if not ever again. Would not recommend. One star is one too many. Been there three times. Two had bad experiences. First time ordered boneless... wings. They were like miniature hockey pucks. Hard and dried out. Flavorless. They put sauces on the wings, it was dry andcrusty. Second time there was average, nothing special but nothing bad. The third time will be our last. Our waitress took ourorder then ignored us for almost an hour. We had guests from out of town with us. People came, ate and left before our food wasbrought out. They brought out the appetizers the same time as the dinners. We asked the waitress if this was acceptable. Shelooked at us and said "Oh we'll ..." Turned and walked away. Never been there until today, Sunday. Place was packed. I think it was because the Eagles game was on; it couldnt have been the... food. It was awful. We paid $30 AND a MANDATORY "tip" online totalling $36.40(!) for a horrible meal. We ordered two kinds ofwings, french fries, carrots and celery sticks, and a green salad. We also ordered blue cheese and ranch dressings. The wingswere dry, the fries were limp and undercooked and the portions small. The mini containers of dressing were only half full,enough for a toddler. The salad was wilted and looked as though it had been made sometime prior to today. Not good.
