This has become my favorite fast food place for late night drive through snacks. Their food is great and the milkshakes are the... best in the county to me. The service is always good but there's a few that are exceptional at what they do, and that is rare tofind at the other drive throughs in the area. 10/30/22 Glad Cookout stays open late! I stopped here in the middle of a 3-hour drive. To Durham. I got a tray which was a big double cheeseburger, and then I picked... onion rings and fries. The double cheeseburger was quite delicious. The onion rings and fries were about par for the course butnothing horrible or anything. I generally love cookout but we had a terrible experience. We were in line for at least 25 min and when we got our food, the... burger patties were tiny! One of the orders was a big double tray and the patty was half the size of one patty. The chicken inthe quesadilla was tough/burnt. We very disappointed.
