Worst customer service. I ordered food, got home and part of my order is missing. This is not the first time. Usually I just... brush it off accidents happen but this time I called and the lady that answered actually laughed at me. Like it was funny that Ididn't get my food and had to come back. They offered no apologies and when I came back to get my food they gave me old tacos.I'd recommend going anywhere else but the taco bell in Wartburg! Read more

The staff is always so accommodating to my gluten allergies and they just seem like really nice people. This taco bell closed 15 minutes early tonight and they turn there grill off 30 minutes to and hour before close every night I... completely understand not wanting to be open that last little bit but if it's your hours you should stay open until until it'stime for you to close. Read more
