Really upsetting - we waited OVER two hours for our four small pizzas (party of four). One waitress, one guy making pizza. This... is not how you run a business - if you are short staffed STOP seating parties. I am 9 months pregnant and I was hungry over twohours ago - I am very upset that there was no indication of how long this would take to an obviously very pregnant person. Shameon the owner for running a business like this. I don?t care how desirable or good the pizza is, nothing is worth the neglect ofthe owner to his customers. For that reason, I will not be back. Our first time at Fratellos. I was born and raised in Italy and a lot of Italian restaurants here turn out to be a big... disappointment to me. So...I went there ready for another "whatever" dinner. Well, let me tell you...oh so good! Best octopusappetizer. Awesome chicken wings. Pizza was great. Excellent tiramisu and a perfect margarita. What can I say ...you'lldefinitely see us again! Good fireside pizza, pasta dishes were good too.. House wine was good, served in the perfect wine glass. Small bar area to the... left when entering and to the right dining with booths & tables. Service was very good and a very attentive waiter. Specials ofthe day & a good regular menu to choose from.
