Was expecting a great experience here. Upscale restaurant in a small town. I was left with a sub par impression. Waitress was... not friendly or attentive. I was charged for a 5.50 beer when I ordered a 3.00 beer. The food was ok at best. The steak waslacking flavor, but it did have a nice crust and cooked to the doneness requested. The bread given with the pasta is frozenTexas toast that can be purchased at any grocery store. I seen 3-5 small shreds of cheese on the house salad. And the saladwas brought out with the dressing cup sitting on the greens. Is this even sanitary? The chef came to dining room and greeted afew people asking how their meals were. I liked this, but Chef only talked to the people with influence in the community. Iwill not be returning here for a while, the service alone is reason enough to turn me away. Excellent food but poor service. The waitress didn?t get our order right and we were charged for food we did not receive. What... we did get was good quality and tasted great. We were impressed that when we said we wanted to share something they spit it ontotwo plates for us. Read more
Excellent food and service! The tomato basil soup and four cheese grilled cheese were high end. Very good.
