I used to eat lunch here all the time when I worked in town. My favorite was the grilled cheese with bacon on wheat bread with... one of the soups of the week or a mushroom swiss burger. Speaking of which, they're soups are sooooo good. I can tell they'rehomemade and I find myself asking friends passing by to stop and bring me some when possible. Their cream-based soups areparticularly good with my favorites being cream of mushroom and cream of broccoli (with some cheddar added in). The prices arevery affordable and reasonable; they're the perfect spot for lunch or a light dinner. Read more
Hidden gem comfort food in the middle of downtown Washington. We have been here twice now and everything is delish! Served with... quick and friendly service. Recommend the chicken parm, perogies, shrimp basket and vegetable soup. Our favorite was the CapeMay wrap. Not a lot of seating in house, but great place to order for take out. Read more

So i always love them and their food ! I always was very respectful when I came in to order and they were always also very nice... . But today I wanted to order delivery as im very very hungry, have a terrible headache and thats a bit of a walk for me and Idon't drive . Well she takes my order and address and then tells me she can't deliver to my address because one single time thelast lady who lived here ordered and I geuss didn't answer the door when the delivery arrived and the food was wasted . ( irent out this house and have never ordered delivery from here before i always went in to eat there) yes its a shame that thelady who lived here before did that but that is not me ! I even told her I didn't know of the incident and offered to waitoutside for her to deliver it ! I think to base not delivering to me off of what the last resident did is honestly the rudestthing ever. Very low and childish. Great food but seriously how rude . I litterly have done nothing but be kind, be supportiveof their business and even sent friends to try them out ! Read more
