It's been 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Mobile order was in the completed orders basket. Not even started or touched because of... some "bread" Employees are more interested in private relations and family in store than the orders that are waiting. In thelast 20 minutes I've seen only 4 sandwiches completed that ordered after ours..that's 5 minutes to make a sandwich. Approachingan hour for a small order. The workers are calling other employees off shift lazy... like really?? It has been years since Ivisited this location and it still has the same problems. One employee has been super apologetic and trying to get themfinished. Of the two workers, Jessica is NOT helping this girl at all. She would be better off without the distraction. Worst subway experience i have had. Came in on a friday at lunch time. Two workers. Not sure if they wanted to be here today. A... lot of stuff was out. I witnessed four people leave the store in frustration of either waiting or they didnt have what theywanted. I had to repeat my order several times as did the other patrons. Food was good as usual for subway. It took awhile toorder as one person went to the bathroom and the other person took about 5 min to come out. Read more
I ordered online on 07/29/2022 at ~6:30pm, when staying at the hotel across the street. Went to pick up the paid-for-order and... was told they had no bread, and that the manager would cancel the order on my credit card. A week later and no cancellation onmy credit card; tried calling during business hours and no one answers the phone? Read more
Don't order on the app, they won't have your order ready. They won't answer the phone when you call to find out why you haven't... received a refund yet. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Read more
