I will NEVER order a cake from here again!! I THOUGHT I ordered a pretty pink cake but ended up with something that looked so... UGLY!! And on top of that, when I had went to pick up my cake it wasn't even done; nor have they even started baking it. Theyhad me standing there waiting for like 30 minutes ( ignoring me) on for someone just to tell me it was their next cake to do(whocame from the back).! What makes it worse is that I had even called two days before yo make sure everything was right and wasgoing to be on time. Never again!!! Read more

I will never use the cake bakery at this particular walmart again. Back in 2016 they completely ruined my son's first birthday... cake and didnt offer an apology or refund or discount. I let it slide. I decided to try them again this year, 4 years later. Iwent up there both Wednesday and Thursday around 4pm. Both days I was told that the lady had already left for the day but thatthere was a 24 hour number I could call to order it. Yesterday, I called that number. It was the bakery. First of all, why couldthey take my order over the phone but not in person when it was the same person I was speaking to? Then she told me she neededme to give her 5 minutes because she was taking an order. She sat the phone down and left me there for 20 minutes before I gotupset and hung up. I went up there today at 2pm and there was finally someone working. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Itried explaining how many cupcakes I needed and was cut off and told she didnt know what size I needed and to pick one. Then sheasked when I needed it by and I told her Friday afternoon. She huffed at me and rolled her eyes and I told her I had been tryingto order it for 3 days but no one was ever here or would answer my order call. Then she asked me what kind of cake I wanted andI asked my options(yellow, chocolate, etc) and she shrugged and said "it's in the book" and made me look and pick one. Btw notall options are in the book. Then she didnt even ask me if I wanted it to say anything on it. I ended up going to the walmart on10th street in Greenville and had a much nicer experience. When I left that walmart I attempted to call the Washington store tocancel my other order and the lady told me the bakery lady was gone for the day (not even 5pm yet) and I'd have to calltomorrow.
