First time at this location and definitely my last. Walked in with my boyfriend. I was first. Went to place my order and the guy... acted like I wasn't even standing there and that my boyfriend was to speak for me. Very rude. Once I started to speak up,because this isn't the 1940s and I can order my own good he got cocky and had an attitude. Food was good and was done quicklybut nope will not be back. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed a mobile order app at 8:25pm before store closes at 9pm but the order would be ready... the next day. Granted that I missed what was said on the pick up order details, as a customer I should not be lectured and wasnot offered to have the sandwich made on the same day. How hard could it be to make one sandwich within 35 minutes? Made asuggestion about customer service but the owner is adamant how the ?corporate? sets its own rules on stopping orders at a settime on the app. So be warned, you?re SOL if you place mobile order 35 minutes before the closing time. The ladies here absolutely, 100% came through for me last minute. They explained what happened with my online order, and why... above and beyond for me 10 MINUTES before they closed. Even after working all day and finally about to go home, they didn'thesitate to make the calls needed to get everything situated, and jumped in to get my order done. Never not once did either ofthem make me feel awkward or like they were angry. Literally smiling at me and talking so sweet... Totally, without a doubt mademy whole day better. Love firehouse subs. Once you have had firehouse every other sub place is just blah! Everytime we eat there it is very good.... They are quick at getting your order ready. I have tried many different types of subs and have yet to find one I don't like! There drink machine is one of those types that you can get anyting. Also refills are free.
