Good food, excellent coffee. Staff was friendly. Nice place for breakfast, but it does get crowded on the weekends.
I took a friend of mine here the Thursday night. The place was super busy and we actually felt bad for the three staff members... that were working during the rush. I tried to ease the mood with music while everyone was seated and having their food. Aside from my standard Waffle House complaint about the lack of actual butter ("buttery" spread is not butter). Service was... quick and friendly. It was around shift change so there was a little bit of the chaos that changing shifts have. But one thingthat stood out to me was that the one cook saw I was ready for more coffee and instead of doing the "it's not my job" thing, herefilled it for me. We came in at 130 on a Monday, we were the only customers there. The staff was pleasant but did not seem very focused on work. ... The cook was spending most of his time choosing songs to play from his phone so that he could sing along loudly and obnoxiouslyto them. I ordered my hash browns with peppers and onions and the cook majorly skimped on both, there was literally 4 jalapeñoscut In half and 8 slivers of onion. When I told my sever Shelby that it was skimpy she replied ?oh well, I don?t cook the foodand the toppings were only 50 cents?. I insisted on her getting me more peppers and onions to make it a full order, which shewas pleasant about, but when we got our check she actually had the audacity to charge for the ?extra? peppers and onions.
