Phenomenal. While on the small side for dinner portions the food is AMAZING!. Great atmosphere, jazz night is incredible.... Trivia night and open stage can both be fun. They also have studio/pottery stuff in the works that can add some fun stuff to doon the island Read more
Coming here for jazz and gyros on Friday nights was something I looked forward to almost every week. It?s a gorgeous place, very... clean, decorated with excellent taste, it always smells good, and the staff is superb. I liked that my gyro came with a medjooldate and baklava for dessert, and Mediterranean salad on the side. Their beer and wine selection leaves nothing to be desired,and their musical ensembles are world class. I wish there was a sister location in Milwaukee because I?d be there every week. Read more
So glad we stopped in for lunch. The owner was super friendly and the food was great. Loved that they had something a little out... of the ordinary on the menu, duck breast sandwich with smoked Gouda and cherry sauce on ciabatta bread, that was Amazing. I?ll be honest and say it wasn?t our first choice, but I?m so glad we found it! It is such a cute and eclectic restaurant. The... ambiance is so fun, and all of the staff were so nice! We got a gyro with couscous, and a pizza. The little blueberry cobblerbites were cute, and the beverage selection was great! Waiting for the Rock Island Karfi we... picked up the special - roasted vegetable sandwiches with curried couscous and dried cherries. Served with pickle and browniebites - an unexpected touch to round out a fantastic meal-on-the-go. The patio area is welcoming and spacious but the interiorof this spot is really something special. Gorgeous, yet unfussy, filled with wonderful art and artifacts from seaside life,classic films and musical gems. Service was friendly and generous and reasonably speedy.
