I work up the street from this location & visited this location yesterday the reviews are not lying ! This is by far the worse... chipotle in the district! No hard tacos , no kid trays, can?t order a quesadilla, rude employees on the phone while preparingyour food. I don?t know what?s going on but this location need to be closed! Read more

Horrible!!! Worst chipotle in the US! They?re constantly out of SOMETHING?chicken, steak and pollo asado?unavailable at 7:30 on... a Thursday. The chefs were cleaning up for the night too. Beware of ordering online, because this place is regularly out of guac and/or chips - they will offer you a free soda, but you... will lose that money and not get a refund. UPDATE: 3/2022, online orders only? Like what chipotle does this. It?s been onlineorders only for weeks/months now. They?ll even have a pretty rude security guard in the front to check the order on your phoneto get in. Feel like this is just a way they can run out ingredients and not get yelled at.
