Love going to this place. Their pizzas are always spot on but the calzones are my favorite. We've also eaten the Indian food... here which has always been very flavorful. We love the staff and always come back when we drive into DC. Read more

Ordered a "hand tossed pizza." What arrived was very clearly machine made. Markings on the undercarriage (pictured) shows that a... roller was used. There is also a dashed line along the edge of the crust (also pictured) which again indicates the dough wasmachine made. The pizza looked and tasted like a frozen pizza. I have serious doubts that human hands even touched the pizza atall before it was placed in the box. Delivery driver also ditched my order in my hotel lobby without calling me. I included thenumber to call in the delivery description. Nope, he just left it in the lobby and left. Had I not walked downstairs, I neverwould have found it. By the time I got down there, the machine-made pizza was cold. Fried zucchini was good. A little soggy, but still okay. Don't bother with the pizza here, though. Read more

I really don't know where to begin. I used to frequent this place often, long before they moved to the new location, and the... pizza was pretty good, even dined in a few times. Just as those days are long gone, so has the pizza I once admired, longgone! This pizza was so awful and tasteless, that I pulled over to write this, needles to say this pizza never made it home. This was worse than my previous visit, and I thought to myself that I would give it another shot, we all have baddays..... There appears to be a new standard there, and im not sure that will last. Guys DO BETTER, JUST DO BETTER! Read more

Update : I feel the need to add here. The drivers remain the most down to earth and cool guys. Only reason I'm going to bump... this up. You can certainly do worse in DC but this place needs to correct course a bit. We've ordered from this location foryears. Quick and prompt, usually pretty good quality, always cordial. Seems like that Era is now over. Called to get a incorrectpair of sandwiches on our order fixed ( This ticket was nearing a hundred dollars, and the sandwiches were 1/5th of the price ).I'm going to be honest with all of you, don't bother. I'm now waiting to hand over the sandwiches messed up, after gettinggrilled if the bag they came in had the ticket number on it ; Look, I'm just ordering food guys, I'm not signing up to be parttime investigator for your mistake. I wouldn't even be writing this if I didn't get treated like some kind of shakedown artistfor wanting the food we ordered, the way we ordered it. Once I would have sworn by this place, now I am going to actively warnpeople about it. Shame it's come to this. Just stay away. Read more

I've ordered from them once or twice before, never really impressed but it wasn't horrible. I went to a relatives home on 7/1/22... ordered food. Ate most of it, only to realize it was a fly/flies in it. I took pictures and called to complain and the mangercursed me out. I honestly couldn't believe the way he spoke to me, as if I was making the claim up. He said there are no fliesin there. Clearly there ARE. I honestly expected a refund and an apology, especially since i had proof and ended up getting sickfrom the food. I thought they would be apologetic but there was no empathy for this horrendous experience. I will never eatanything from this place again. Read more
