Subway but for ice cream. You know have it your way or whatever... lol... Also they got good quality ice cream. Only issue is... they are way to expensive. For the same price of 1 of there gotta have it size with 2 toppings you can get a gallon of blueribbon at Fred meyers. Read more
Ordered 3 ice creams and 1 shake. One of them was a plain vanilla no mix ins. Our son said it taste funny. It tasted like sweet... cream. We let them know and the girl behind the counter said it definitely was vanilla and not the sweet cream next to it. Itasted it, it tasted like whipped cream. She said they can't do anything and we could throw it in the trash. Then charged us forit. Worst customer service ever. Read more
I ordered the cheesecake fantasy and there was hardly any toppings on it. It ended up looking like vanilla icecream. The cost of... the product vs what was received didn't add up when more topping should've been added rather than subtracted. 4 stars for goodcustomer service but please be mindful of how much toppings is put on product. My three year old son wanted one scoop cotton candy cup with marshmellow, he took one bite and he did not liked it. We then... proceeded to ask a replacement ice cream and the girl told us she could do it and we could toss it in the garbage, and so wedid. Only after we tossed the ice cream she asked the manager on duty If it was ok and the manager said no. So we ended uppaying 10$ (10$!!! Absolutely expensive considering the quality of the ice cream )for one ice cream. Customer service was awful,won?t be returning and I would rate it 0 stars if I could! Read more
