Wife and I stopped in 10/13 for a quick bite and a drink. Clean, well lit joint with a spacious layout. The menu is well... appointed with myriad food options. We bellied up to the bar and we're handed menus. Bar tender was mildly weeded when we outin our drink order. She served up our drinks quickly, and we continued to browse the menu. And that's when disaster struck. Forsome unknown reason, our previously chipper bar tender, Vanessa, turned on us. She became, for no apparent reason, very hostile.We decided to close out our tab and leave. We will never return to Locals. Thanks, Van, for ruining our dinner plans. We have been going here off and on for a year or so. The food and beer is a nice change from everything else that is offered in... the Matsu. The biggest disappointment with this place is inconsistency and slow, slow, slooow service. They need to step uptheir service considerably. Its actually sad because this place has so much potential. Whomever the owner or general manageris needs to hire someone to run the front of house. In our time of eating there, we have never seen anyone who looks in chargewalk the dining room. All the severs are over extended, and any idea of what this restaurant is lost by the obvious fact itlacks outstanding customer service. The cost of eating here and the lack of quality, and timely service, is making me notdesire to go here again. If you don't mind waiting 15 minutes for drinks after sitting down, and paying $26 for luke warm wings,this place is for you. Read more

Appetizer came out cold, part of the drink order was forgotten. Bald guy server and it isn't the first time. Won't be going back... sadly since I love the food normally. I will say the blond bar tender makes a mean drink! Read more

Our waitress was lovely and we have no complaints about her - the horrible experience was not her fault. The food took over an... hour and we ended up with a raw burger (which I hope does not give my 9 year old child food poisoning) and a take and bake pizzabecause the kitchen destroyed the actual pizza we ordered to eat on site. Had to have all the food packaged to go because it wasnear 10 pm, and we arrived around 8:15 pm. Additionally, there was standing water in the women?s restroom.
