I wish I could add the video of what just happened... the lady there right now at 9:18...... didn't listen to me at all.... I... ask for a footlong she cuts it into a 6inch..... ask for red onions ahe adds lettuce... then I went before to this location justfor the auntie Annie and the same woman pretended not to speak English but today it was perfect ???????????. And to top it offshe had on headphones like I know it's early but you now even paying attention to what I'm saying just adding w.e you want....then she refused to make my sandwich over and a manager wasn't available I will be back to report her and show the manager thevideo I have of her refusing to make my sandwich and then she removed the headphones... and she's on a subway camera with themon..... smh... They forgot to add Chicken in a chicken sandwich!!!!!! And when I went back to get it added, he has the guts to say that I'll... have to charge extra for that!!! Doesn't even bother to put a sign about not accepting any kinds of coupons, not even the onewhich Subway corporate printed. So I'm paying $5+ for 6 inch filled with lettuce. On June 14th after driving home from North Carolina with my husband we were both exhausted and hungry and I decided to go... online to order 2 sandwiches at the Watchung Mall location. I posted and payed on my credit card. The message I received was tobe at that location at 6:55 PM. I got there at 6:45PM and the man was closing the store. I asked him where my sandwiches wereand he said I am closed, I said but you said to be here at 6:55 and I was 10 minutes early, again he said he was closed. I askedwhat am I going to do now he says oh well. I said wait a minute I paid for those sandwiches on line, he says I'm closed comeback some other time. Then he told me it was my problem. I started to raise my voice and I noticed a man starting to walk overtowards me so I shut up. I went online and sure enough the charges were on my account. I went and got sandwiches at anotherstore in the mall.. I was mad, in fact I still am.... I called up Chase and they told me that the charges were pending and towait a couple of days. I did and the charges went through. I called up chase and stopped the payment for something that I ordered but NEVER received the product. Chase took care of the charges with your company!!! I have picked up sandwiches by youbefore, but never again. That man was rude, and he didn't even have a name tag on so that I can tell you his name!!! I never liked subway. The meats are not fresh and they don't put much on the subs. They all taste terrible and cheap. I would... never go there again. The very best subs are at just subs rt 22 in greenbrook. Stay away from subway! Read more
