If you have loads of time to waste, visit this location. Unprofessional people. Specially the handicap person. How to talk... doesn?t know how to take the orders or deliver the orders. I ordered a pizza couple of days ago and they didn?t delivered on time. The policy of the pizza pizza says if you are not... getting the pizza in 40 minutes its free. The driver was late and when i called customer service they told the driver to givethe pizza for free but the driver was so rude he didn?t gave me pizza and left me saying you are cheap and all. I again calledcustomer service they told me to wait for 40 min and new fresh pizza would be delivered. So i wait till 50 min but didn?t getany pizza and then i again called the customer service this time they were so rude and told me to pick up frim that locationwhich i agreed because i was waiting for the food since 2 hours so when i reached the store the lady said you are the one who isasking a pizza for me and also told me that we have some shelter place in waterdown who feeds homeless and beggers you should gothere to have free food. Is this the way you behave with the customers? FYI if the person is having money then only they wouldorder the food we are not beggers its just your policy that if its not delivered in 40 minutes the pizza is free. Read more
