We had a great first experience at Cowlick's! My family came with and we all loved what we ordered whether it was a sundae, hard... ice cream or soft serve! The grounds are adorable with all the cows and the boat to sit in. They have great options and we willdefinitely return when we visit our Connecticut family again! Read more
Serving Hershey's Ice Cream and outdoor dining only (listing incorrectly states indoor dining available) as the dining room is... now a break room/storage/trash pit area. The staff clearly likes making ice cream and nothing else as everything about thebuilding itself was dirty and disorganized, bathroom toiletries were stacked next to empty dispensers. I will say that it didlook like the seating area got hosed off earlier that day as all the drips, stickiness on the tables were fresh. A passingdetail was that the staff were not trained on the 'Ice Cream Trail' which the location was featured in, had no idea how tocollect maps, and told us to mail them in ourselves. I hope that this is a temporary staffing issue as we've enjoyed thelocation as a treat for years. Read more
