The food is delicious, but they tend to never answer the phone for any questions or concerns I have for them.

Today it happened again. I place the order on line for a pickup. Two hours later when I eat it, I find only the meat and bread... choice were correct. All the veggies were almost just the opposite of my choices. It happens about every third order placed online. I'm just going to have to stop using the online option. Read more
Yay! I was so happy on my visit today when I spotted Jonathan at work behind the counter! He had always been so fantastic... working over at the Sunoco Subway and hoped he was ok after the closing of that location. But he was at the Waterford locationtoday and YAY! Jonathan really goes above and beyond in his interactions with customers...he is always SO polite andprofessional! He explained all the cleaning that is now in place. You can really tell that he likes working with people andthat he is definitely going to go far! I will definitely be visiting more often since I really feel he does a great job ateverything! I KNOW my food will be great and the service will be excellent if Jonathan is there! My favorite Subway guy EVER! (and no...I don't know him personally...I'm just really impressed by excellent customer service when I see it!) Read more
