Really disappointed by the hours of this location. I love firehouse subs but only open 11-3 on Monday? The only people who would... even be able to purchase food during these hours are people who don?t work or are going out on lunch that work nearby. 7pm onthe other days isn?t much better. I wish these hours were similar to the lake Orion location, maybe they are short staffed imnot sure. I can?t even count how many times I was looking to come here to get food at 7-8pm and I could not because it wasclosed. Read more
Ordered online and waited for 25 minutes after my scheduled pick up time for my food that was already finish. This was due to... the staff not acknowledging me or using their online order pick up booth. Very slow service and customer service was verylacking. It's okay, I wouldn't go back. I think they need to work on service, and the quality of the bread was not to my standard. It... seemed like everything was out of a bag.
