We had our son and soon to be daughter-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner tonight in the silo room. It was a perfect atmosphere for our group. The food was excellent and the wait staff was just awesome. I would highly recommend this location!
Our experience was great. The food, in our estimation, was very tasty. The wait staff was efficient and friendly. The Prime Rib was tender and flavorful. Will definitely return for Sunday buffet brunch.
We were a party of 8 two people called after we were seated. Our reservation was for 7pm. We arrived at 6:45, seated right away. Good thing they didn't show up! Table was crowded. Have no idea what our waitress's name was as she didn't tell us. She couldn't remember who ordered what. One order was completely wrong, but we just switched instead of trying to get it right. They were setting up for Sunday buffet in the room we were eating in. Wait staff kept bumping into us. No apology to be had. Bus boy just took one of our plates before that person was done eating. My steak was excellent, the loaded baked was not loaded, and VERY over cooked. Never came back to check on us. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert. It was my daughter's birthday, and I had called to ask about a candle in a piece of cake, was told yes they could do that, if I brought the candle. It seemed like they all just wanted to leave. Had to actually go to her to get to go boxes, and our bill, yet, we tipped over 20%.
Neat building. Very family based style. Full of choices and food are not bad.
First time being inside the building and the event halls and banquets and well decorated. We stopped by for their breakfast buffets they host on the weekend and it's was absolutely delightful. Food was fresh and organized. Seating area was open with booths and the price was perfect at $20 per person. Definitely going again!
To my family for a fish fry. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She made the whole experience for us. We also loved the look and ambiance of the dining room.
We hosted our Daughter's Bridal Shower. The food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of. A must stop in Wisconsin.
I attended a bridal shower in the Spring here and it was just wonderful. They had gluten, dairy and vegetarian friendly options. They were so kind, when one of the employees, Kenny, checked on every table quietly, and when checking on me and finding out my dietary restrictions, came out with my own baked potato. So very, very kind. The location is also pretty with exposed wood ceilings, large well decorated windows and wall colors neutral enough to match any decor. While I was a guest and not a host, I can only speak to that experience, but the hosts seemed very happy.
One of the best reason to visit Waterford is to experience Cotton Exchange. We offer a great time for people everywhere and our savory seafood is the reason people keep coming back for more. If you'd like to ask us some questions or make a reservation call us at (262) 581-4428.
