Awful service in the evenings, went in for my mobile order, they got the side wrong, hit the button for it to be fixed, they... told us the speaker was broken and that they would be right out. We sat for 10 minutes with no one there, we went to the drivethough hoping it would be easier, they said they would be right out with the correct item, then we sit in drive through for 20minutes while they work on the car in front of us, which wouldn?t have been a problem if they also didn?t give the cars behindus their orders. Then when we got to the window they didn?t know what we were there for. However going around 11 am I never haveany problems. Read more
Food was good service was atrocious. The only words spoken to me in the entire interaction at the window was mumbling my total... at me. So me and my boyfriend are visiting his brother, sister-in-law, and niece. We were out and about and decided to grab a bite to... eat at sonic. Keep in mind my sister-in-law has had stomach pain all day and thought food might help. We ordered 2 burgers,tots, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and some drinks. Whenever our food was brought out the carhop just brought the food outand walked away without a word. As we sat there eating we realized that the onion rings were not covered in batter and werefalling apart. The mozzarella sticks were falling apart, still cold, and was definitely not cooked properly. There was notenough tots in the package. The burgers were mostly fine. Also, the shake did not have a cherry when we specifically asked forextra cherry. Now usually I do not leave bad reviews but I work at a sonic in Arkansas and this way just no ok. Horriblecustomer service, uncooked food, not listening to customers. Read more
