The staff is friendly, but not super fast. It's a little frustrating to pull up to the drive-thru window and wait for over 5... minutes without anyone at least opening the window and greeting you. Read more
We love Sidecar's coffee and teas. The honey blueberry green tea is wonderful and the cucumber basil lemonade - wow! The coffee... has a really good flavor also. We come here often since it's by our house. Read more
Yooooo! The Optimist is the greatest of all time. Loving that drink for years. Always enjoy the coffee. Side car has a unique... flavor. Yum. So so on the pastry and available goodies. And I know, and like, a lil too cool attitude at coffee shops, sometimesit is well placed.... but keep it focused on the customers and not so much just an employee click handing you the drink... we'rehere too.... lol.... that is why your making the drink. I feel the kids though.... customer service can get mundane... but in myexperience including those customers in the daily barista action (like bartending) keeps them engaged and coming back forproduct and service. Sometimes it is personally rewarding too. When they had the downtown Waterloo location by the riverloop....that staff got it. There was engagement and energy. I made a point to stop by frequently through out the week. Still love thecoffee! Always will. Thanks guys. Read more

As someone who hates writing reviews, I was very disappointed in my last trip at Sidecar on Wednesday... I spent $14 on two... cinnamon roll lattes, and they both tasted like warm milk. Neither of the lattes had cinnamon or espresso.. If I didn't grabthem on my way to work, I would've came back and gotten either a refund or the drinks remade. Waste of money. Read more
