Ok - you really need to eat here- this place is special. This is among the best meals I?ve ever eaten. First of all - the name... and signage is so memorable - we learned that ?rude? means spicy in Hawaiian. We?re not lovers of super-spicy-hot food - so wewere a little worried about ordering. The chef, his wife, and the server chatted with us and we?re so friendly. The chef told usabout his dishes - and we gave 4 a try. The food was so fresh and handcrafted - Slam-dunk Delicious - my mouth is watering -just thinking about it! I?d say 3-4 on a scale of 10 for heat level. Just enough heat to add to and not overpower the flavor. Wetried the boom-boom shrimp, rude tacos, pineapple shrimp, and the mandoo. Oh and a margarita.
