Not What It Used to Be. I had frequented this place from just about its? inception. At first, they came out with some super... hoppy brews and some really interesting variations on certain styles. In particular, they did a Russian Imperial Stout quite afew years back, that was quite good. However, over the last two years, the product has gradually declined in quality, and theyseem to have fully drawn back from experimenting with new brews. The staff have been less than helpful, to the point of almostcompletely ignoring us. After giving them several opportunities to improve, it seems to be a lost cause. Read more
This bar is amazing!!! Went here last night with my girl and her friends for an event which had Lebanese catering. Had an... absolute blast! The laid back atmosphere was great and people were so friendly. We all really felt welcomed and would definatelyreturn. Highly recommend going here if you're a free spirit, down to socialize and like to try new beers! Read more
Based on a previous review (thanks Danette) I decided to pop into this craft brewer for a pint (or two). Danette was right,... Violet was as sour as a raspberry radler. Luckily, Lisa was there who is the best bartender I've ever met. The beer is also thebest ever - definitely try the pilsner and the porter. They also have a special Bitcoin beer but it causes inflation (of yourwaistline). Read more
I was so excited to go this Brewery!! I love Beer and Angels! We went on March 11 in the evening around 7ish. We were not... greeted or even looked at when we walked in? And not because it was busy inside, as there was a few regulars at thecounter. The lady behind the counter was rude, I believe her name was Violet. I wanted a flight as I'm a newbie to their beviesso I ordered it without any guidance from her. Then once I did order it, she said, she had no caulk??? I need to rememberthese? I'm in my 50's that's not going to happen...lol When we did order it, the counter was full with regulars and their gymbags which they never moved so we needed to squeeze in to even place this order!
