What a terribly managed store. Went in this aft and asked for 2 thighs. Was told they had no dark meat! No explanation or... discussion just told they had none. What kind of a fried chicken restaurant has no chicken! Read more
Favorite chicken, hands down worth the extra money over popeyes and KFC. I have order at least a dozen times over the last... couple years, always family meals. Going to complain here, and still say 5 star. Last night, and I recall one time before fromthe ira needles location I could tell the chicken was rushed. The driver switched, and the order was delayed. When I recievedit, I could tell that it had been fried just long enough to be edible. Still delicious, but it had no crunch and the skin simplyslipped off almost on its own. The gravy was also luke warm at best, I actually reheated it myself. Still going to say for thebad experiences it's still the best chicken. Granted, last night I orderd an hour before closing, so maybe the employees werebeing prepared to walk out right at 9PM. I assume they had everything cleaned up, not anticipating a large order at the time. Read more
