The person working the register today when I came in (I may be wrong but I believe their name was Seann) was super sweet and... very helpful while I was trying to pick a drink! They were also very patient with me while I took my time to decide what toorder. Plus the service was quick but also of a very high quality! Read more
A convenient location in uptown waterloo with amazing staff! Dropped by for my Starbucks fix around 11am & there was a bit of a... line. The lady who took my order & the gentleman who handed out my drink were super friendly. Sooo I go to Starbucks a ton. And today I had the worst service. Janice has got to be the most unpleasant person to deal with. I... asked a super simple question and got the worst response. "HI there! Just curious if I can use my stars today with the Roger'soutage?"-me "Nope, common sense would tell you because we can't take debit we also can't take stars as payment. If you don'thave cash leave"-her. I HAD CASH IN MY WALLET AND WAS JUST ASKING. I ordered my iced coffee and let the other worker behind thecold bar know how horrible my service and they answered with "well that's not my issue" so long story short I won't be returningand will be reaching out to cooperate. I used to be a partner at Starbucks and know exactly how things are supposed to work andcustomers are always #1 Especially when asking simple question. I'm extremely disappointed. Read more
