Overall it?s very good, place was clean and staff were welcoming and pleasant. Food was good and portions size is filling and... good. Service was good and place has easy access to QEW highway. As for price it was reasonable and size of waffle portion waslarge. I wish they take little bit care of overall presentation. Washroom need more attention and regular maintenance as theysaid the cleanness of washroom is a good indicator of the place and food. Read more
Sadly from 2 years ago raving great reviews, Williams have has gone down hill. 2x been there recently within 2 months span.... Having been involved in family business for many years, the place needs uplift all around. Firstly, Women's bathroom: piece onone of doors, barely hanging on. One stall doesn?t have toilet paper. Also air dryer not working sign. I don?t want to tear downthe place, great location. It?s a nice alternative to Tim?s. I really love the cheesy bacon and egg wrap but when I had it today, it was awful. The bacon was chewy and hard. There was also... a weird substance like sausage meat but not quite. I usually don't have a problem here but I was disappointed today. I decidedto give it another try. The food has gone so downhill. I had a simple cheese croissant with egg and bacon and it was doughy andsoggy!! Like how does that happen?? I'm very disappointed now. I don't think I will order food here anymore. Read more
I used to be a regular at Williams when I was in college back in ?12-?14. I loved coming here, I was hooked with the vibe,... people, and culture. They had something going that?s hard to obtain. There was a time where this place was ran very smoothly,they had a floor supervisor named Marnee who was extremely nice and friendly and other employees around that time there were allexcellent at their jobs. Fast forward to sometime around 2018 and Williams looks like it?s been completely rocked. I hadn?tbeen to this place much in years past but it feels abandoned. Everything seems to be very disorganized and the employees seemlike nothing more then first time workers (nice kids, but they need the help). I wish the best for Williams. I had some greatmemories here, those were simpler days, and I?m fortunate to be a part of that. I hope it could once again capture those nightsof relaxing accommodation. Read more
