The people who work at Boston House of Pizza truly go above and beyond to provide great customer service. They are readily... available to make things right if the customer is not totally satisfied. I witnessed a very rude customer yesterday, September22nd yelling at the front desk staff because his pizza was not delivered to him directly and that his little brother ate theirpizza. How ridiculous is that! Delivery people are not responsible for who eats what is being delivered. I felt so bad for thestaff at BHOP taking the verbal abuse from someone who is obviously unreasonable. BHOP has excellent food, excellent customerservice and they are are always prompt at deliveries. I have ordered from them for almost 5 years now. People, please be niceto others; the same way you want to be treated. Read more
