Very good food, the tator tots are out-of this world. I really have never had a bad meal or bad service here.
Great place if you are not in a rush. We ordered a diet coke... it took almost 15min for the waitress to bring it.. and that was... after I stood up to get her attention. I had the sliders ... she asked pink or no pink... I ordered pink and got no pink Read more
As other reviews will say, service here was unbearable and unacceptable among any standard. Our table of 5 got there and had to... wait longer than usual for a waitress, but finally got one and got our drinks. Without taking our order once we got our drinks,we waited an hour with no communication to see that our waitress was crying in the bathroom until eventually leaving to her car.So, still with no communication, we had the bartender take our order and waited another hour for food to eventually come out.The food was not even that good, the chips were super stale, and we had to continue using the bartender to get anything done.Now, it was not like they were even that busy comparative to how other restaurants uphold themselves. There was just a huge lackof communication among staff and other staff, and to their customers. There were people coming in an hour after we did gettingserved food right away and they were too focused on takeout orders. Also, I am not sure what was going on that had that waitressto tears either, so I do not blame her, but something must be done if this place wants customers coming back. Read more
The pictures of food look really good. I?m sure if I had ever gotten my food I would have enjoyed it. We waited over an hour for... our food after ordering. We eventually just up and left because we had somewhere to be. I understand places are understaffed andsometimes wait times are long, but our waitress checked on us maybe twice in the hour we waited for food.
