This was especially delicious! I had the Lobster Bucatini. Wonderful balance of a creamy tomato sauce and succulent lobster. My... husband, not in the mood for seafood, had the burger. Oh well. What a great little restaurant! From the service, to the theme/decor, to the menu and definitely the food. Will definitely be... returning next time I'm in the area. We had the carne asada street tacos and the Korean chicken wrap. Both were delicious andpacked with flavor and super fresh ingredients. Oh, wow! This is only my second time to the state of Maine, first time stopping here at Front & Main in Waterville and I... enthusiastically recommend! Cool vibe, great location, AMAZING service and a fabulous menu. I enjoyed the scallop crudo,toasted barley risotto with scallops, and a Maine St. Mule (local riff on a Moscow Mule with blueberries). Every sip. Everybite. 100% delicious. I will be back the next time I'm here for business and try more of the menu. Read more

This first floor hotel restaurant is an absolute gem. Usually for these types of places you pay top dollar just because of the... location/setting but the food was worth every penny.
