I would rather a zero if I could. I was forced to use the kiosk by a employee at Taco Bell in wauchula, Fl and I refuse to use a... kiosk because it's one less employee working. So I went through drive-thru to order from an actual human being and then parkedand went inside to eat. As I was eating with my two boys someone comes in and an employee takes their order inside the storewhen the same employee refused to take my order. Then the employee was talking bad about me in front of the customer she wastaking the order from. Their excuse was that the drive-thru backup line was too busy and they are understaffed to have someoneat the cash register. But when I went through the drive-thru it was not busy.
