Either they give me the wrong items or they burn them,how is this acceptable?
this is the worst dunkin? donuts i?ve ever been to. we waited for 10 minutes in the drive through line with nobody ahead of us... and they didn?t have anything we wanted to order. they didn?t have any chocolate donuts, bread, strawberries, etc. how are yougoing to have a company running if the whole purpose of it is to sell donuts (and you don?t even have the most common one.)while we were waiting for our food it was extremely slow and we couldn?t hear out of the super quiet microphone. don?t go here.Not to mention, the food I ordered was burnt. WHEN WE FIRST CAME THIS PLACE SAID THEY HAD NO TOAST, STRAWBERRIES OR CHOCOLATE DONUTS. Everything we wanted to order they... didn?t have. Horrible!!!! Manager in charge not sympathetic at all to the fact that her employee spilled super hot coffee burning my hand.... Employee never apologized, all she did was handed me a bunch of napkins, after handing me a hot cup of coffee without the lipplaced properly, partially opened, which I noticed after it burned me. The manager in charge, all she had to say sarcastically,was that she got burned herself many times and that a supervisor, Cesar, will call, after I provided my name and phone number.I?m in pain from the burn on my hand and I had to plead a sorry from the manager after I insisted on asking what she was goingto do about it.
