Ordered 2 cold subs, one hot sub and 2 fries Got home and one of the cold subs had no meat. How do you sell a turkey sub with no... meat?? Called and spoke to the manager who said I could come back and get a replacement for the meatless sub or store credit.Because the location is not very close by, I said I'd come back and she could replace the entire order (due to some of the fooditems being hot) so my family could eat together. The manager denied that, she had no interest in resolving the problem to mysatisfaction. She was fine with us letting the hot food sit while I drove there and back for a replacement sub. Went through the drive thru, when I got home discovered I had someone else's sandwich.
PLEASE READ ALL....Excellent food! Subs far exceed any other place. BUMMER! Went back yesterday May 6 and food was horrible. ... $15 wasted. What happened???? Filed complaint and no response. That is very disheartening . Obviously the customer isn'tthat important. Invited back for 2 free subs. Roast beef disappointing. Chicken and cheddar not bad. Just more bread thanfilling.
