I received stale fries and asked for fresh fries. The employee insisted they were fresh and wouldn't remake the fries. I ate 2... individual fries and even had the employee try one. She must have covid. Burger was great. Fries and service were trash. Read more
The old lady in the drive through taking orders was very disrespectful. There have been many times of coming here that she has... been disrespectful. This time I came through with children in the car, she was once again very disrespectful, being a badexample for the children in the car. How embarrassing. She should not be working here. Read more
Food is consistent but a few of the newer staff are just downright anti customer service as if they hate working there. Drive thru: Through the crew a curve ball. I ordered a hot tea with two creams and two honey packets. The first member brought... to second window and dropped the tea packet, with no honey and a bent plastic straw. I go inside for the packets they can't findwooden stir sticks, so they give me another plastic straw and two presumed honey cups.
