This was a wonderful experience with my daughter on Black Friday. The hot chocolate and ham and cheese bagels were delicious! My... daughter had the turkey bagel that she loves. Very friendly staff and I will definitely be going back. Received a gift bag withmultiple items in it for Black Friday and I ended up buying extra bagel sandwiches, muffins and coffee to take home. Staff is amazing. Had asked for my drink to be remade, it was no issue and it was so much better. Also staff is nice and fast!!

I use to love this coffee shop but it has recently gone down hill. I had fruit flies floating in my son's hot coco. I did call... and they replaced it with a new one and gave me coupons. Next time I went back for a latte I had a bandage at the bottom of mycup. I just can't believe it!
