The fish fry was so fishy I could not eat it. The outside of the french fries were as hard as cardboard, not because they were... over fried they must have been old. About every 6-8 weeks we have this happen to us - poor quality food. We also did not receiveour ordered cheese curds and mashed potatoes both we paid for. I have always loved Culvers. I'd leave a one star but the root beer shake is good but burger was literally thrown together like they took a hamburger n just... threw the deluxe stuff on it but i wanted bacon n didnt even get that. The lady in the drive through was rude n getting anattitude while I was trying to order I won't be back n definitely don't recommend if that's gonna happen when I can go to theone in my home town n get treated very well everytime in the drive through or not Read more

I ordered take away. Second time eating at Culvers at two different locations. It was clean, the food was good and I didnt... feel like I got cheated on the price. No wonder downtown Burgerking closed its doors, it couldnt compete with Culvers. Also,the meal was a dollar less then BK. Went back the next day and ordered the same, but it was around $2 dollars less. Asked whyand the cashier went and got the manager who deducted the difference from my order.
