I dont know the lady's name because she wasnt wearing a name tag but if I had to guess was in her 50s was working this morning... (the 22nd) and yesterday afternoon. She was the rudest person I've ever heard of in a drive through. I talked to managementyesterday about her attitude and obviously it didnt improve. I dont want to go through a drive through and be constantly cut offbecause she wants to be done taking my order. Or when I ask to make something a meal to hear "oh god" through the speakerbecause she didnt care to finish listening to what I had to say. I'm done with this place and if mcdonalds really even caresabout their customers a little, get rid of her or make her scrub toilets where she can complain all she wants and she doesn'thave to make it anyone elses problem. Horrible experience. When I pulled up to order I told them I was picking up a mobile app order. They told me to pull up but... didn't ask my code. I pulled to the first window and the guy didn't say hello and tried to ring me up for a different order. Istated I was picking up a mobile order. He stated he doesn't know about that and shut his window on me. I went up to the firstwindow. They started to hand me someone else's order. I stated I was there for a mobile order. The lady looked at me a againwithout saying hi and shut the window on me. Then a new guy came to the window. Tried to hand me the order again. I stated I waspicking up a mobile order. He looked at me and shut the window on me again. When I finally was able to get someone they handedme part of the order. I stated there was more to it. They looked irritated and shut the window on me for the 5th time. Then thedrink I received was wrong. Just a completely horrible experience. I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant. I donot recommend thus McDonald's. Go a few miles down the road to a different one. Read more
