This past Sunday I experienced poor customer service and an unhygienic staff member as she placed her whole hand in my cup to... pull it apart from the stack it was in. I told her I needed another cup, which she got then poured less then what is typicallygiven to customers. She placed my daughter's smoothie on the counter without a lid then told me to secure it myself. I demandeda refund and left. They need better staff. Read more

I ordered a chocolate, banana smoothie with added whey protein. I specifically made sure the sever heard me say chocolate and... banana as I know there is a chocolate, banana and peanut butter smoothie, he even repeated my order back to me. But he gives methe chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie, well...I'm ALLERGIC TO PEANUT BUTTER, the reason I only ordered the chocolateand banana.
