Hands down the worst service and location, employees have zero care for customer satisfaction long waits are normal both for... delivery and instore pick up the employees in the store are either on thier phones or flirting w each other...I did order fromhere regularly my most recent experience with this location made me decide to delete my rewards account as JJ only allowsdeliveries from certain stores, Absolutely refuse to support a this location any further, there is no urgency from any one athis store to address customer service, no communication not apologizing not acting like what you're being paid for is a burdento you. Literally the last straw. I have been ordering from this location for over a decade and today was my last order afterwaiting over 2 hours and another 20 minutes to actually get talk to someone who was completely dismissive offered no solutionother than stating they aren't aware if a driver has it out for delivery or not when asked how come you don't know if you workthere? the woman's responses was you trying to be funny? The absolute worst Jimmy John's in the area. The app won't let me choose a different store, so I have to go with this place.... Orders take over an hour to arrive...if they even do. Today's order never arrived, and the store won't pick up the phone whenyou call. Just close your store if you don't want to provide the service your company says it offers. You offer zero value. Seriously the slowest workers at any Jimmy Johns I have ever encountered. I have been here at least 15+ times and every single... time they are incredibly slow at making my order of 1 or 2 sandwiches. Workers are not friendly either. I've never been to a slow Jimmy John's, except for this one. I guess it makes up for all of the fast ones out there? I placed... an order online to pickup the next day at 1030am.
