I used to work there and I can honestly say that it is not very sanitary and the staff is genuinely horrible and will talk about... about you behind your back. Staff included. The owner is barely ever there and they are making the younger staff handle hotstuff and do prep(what is the law you are not supposed to handle sharp things or hot things until you are 16) though the food isalways hot the establishment is not very clean.
