Food is always hot and fresh. We have never had a wrong order from Waverly location. They do a great job!!
Waited 30 minutes for our order only to get cold onion rings and grease soaked French fries. Burger was cold and cheese was... still cool. Kid behind the counter taking our order couldn?t keep his hands out of his hair but glad he was the one nottouching the food! While eating cook came out of kitchen to say they were out of Runzas! Really??? At 1:45 on a Sundayafternoon? Take the time to drive into Lincoln if you are hungry for Runza! Read more
Whenever we go here we usually just get ice cream cones. The cones are great, and about half the time they don't have the mix... right, so it's more fudgey with less air. Yeah, that's living. Read more
I just want to give a big thanks to the staff that works there. They were very helpful today. I had a rewards for my birthday... but the online app crashed.
