Worst customer service ever! Except for two young men. One working the front end of the store seemed like by himself and the... other in the kitchen, whom I gave a hard time, and I must apologize for that. The two of you are what make the people come backbecause of we focus on the rude manager, your store would be bare! Went in to get an ice cream cone. While waiting looked around, should have taken pictures. It was so nasty. Food and trash... all over the floors especially behind the counters. Waited a little longer and watched the girl scoop ice cream for someonewithout gloves, then rang them up and then went to scoop the next person's cone without washing hands after handling money orputting on gloves. Spent +20 min in the drive through. Ordered 2 small strawberry milkshakes. We were told to pull forward & park and someone would... bring them out. 10 min later I went inside. We went in with an order for 6. The Manager a young woman was so sharp and friendly. You packaged all the orders for the food... separately and perfectly. The same with all the ice cream orders. We never experienced such pride in Customer Service! Read more
