I was told to call ahead 24 hrs to order a bakers dozen. Amazing isn't it? I called from outside of the business since parking... is very limited. Once she stop telling me how to order. I was given bagels uncut and they had very limited spreads. I have livethree cities south of this location. I'm trying to avoid driving further to either Mansfield or Dallas. I'm going to figure outa way to visit the Mansfield location or get on the road to Dallas around 6:00 am. I work in Corsicana. Read more
Google and the signs on the door show Open at 7am.. I arrived at 7:20, 2 workers inside said they weren't opening until 8.... Either update your hours to reflect the correct time, so you dont waste other people's time, or get rid of your lazy employeesthat are costing you business. Read more
I asked the kid at the register to slice open my bagel dogs and put cheddar cheese on them before toasting. He didn't do it at... all so I spent almost $30 on food we didnt eat. Read more
Google maps as well as the door sign stated that they were open until the evening. I was on my way home on a work trip and... rarely get the chance to treat my wife to her favorite bagel sandwich. Had a few other stores on the way, but this was theclosest to vetting home. Went out of the way off the interstate to get it... At 2:00 PM may have had 20 oddball bagels in theentire store. A sign that they were not making any sandwiches. It is not mentioned anywhere before arriving that it is on acollege campus with 3 parking spots. And had to literally ask where it was located because even from the parking it is notvisible. Drove the remainder of the 115 miles home with nothing and 25 minutes wasted on my trip home.
