I made an order through Uber eats. Some of my order was missing. I called the Wayne location to speak with the manager... Francisco. I was hoping that someone could help me out. I had food in front of me with no utensils that i asked for and my side.. This was at 4:20 pm. He said for me to call after 8 pm. He is a horrible leader with poor customer service skills. Cant lie I LOVE coming to this joint. Service is quick and the kiosk is convenient! The food is 10/10 and the bread is so good!... (i recommend the GREEN TEA) i will be back... although every time i go a homeless man seems to ask me for money. i try to sayyes but it makes me feel terrible when i go. I dont regret it though, the mac n cheese bread bowl hits different every. single.time! Read more
A little dirty. If they would clean the tables it would be a much better experience. Bread bowls are much smaller and soup was... barely half way filled inside. We also had grilled cheese, very over done. Disappointed with this visit for sure! Read more
