First time visit and disappointed by the service. Firstly we were supposed to receive 2 sides of rice per the menu items. But... we're served only 1. When asked about it , the answer we received was- "the side of rice is complimentary so only 1 is served.Once that is over, we will seve another side. We do not want to waste food..!" But why is that? If your menu says we willreceive a side, period. We will do a to-go of the left overs, so why do u care..? Secondly, we were charged a "tip" of 20%. Wewere 2 adults and 3 kids aged 11, 8 and 6. Gratuity or tips are usually for a party of 6 or more typically. When asked about it,the reply we received was- "we add 20% tip when serving a party of 3 or more..!" Ambience: 3/5, food: 3/5. Overall: 2/5. Do notrecommend and not going again. Read more

Yesterday we had dinner at Saffron Indian Kitchen. The whole evening was a unique experience. We tasted a lot of new things that... we've never had before. All staff were very friendly. This was our memorable evening. The restaurant is really incredible. Ican’t explain in words how beautiful it is. You need to see it with your own eyes. Read more

A little under staffed, but don’t let that keep you away from this tasty BYOB. Meals were super flavorful, staff was polite,... but over worked. We may have hit it at a bad/busy time, but we will most certainly be back for more. Read more

Food was 5/5 stars and so was the wait staff in regards to their friendliness and attentiveness. Everything we ordered was... delicious and the lunch prices and portions are perfect!! Took a star away due to the time it took to get our meal even thoughthey were not busy and due to bathrooms lacking toilet paper and soap when we went. Read more

No. Not ordering Indian food here ever again. Tiffin is absolutely better. Not only the flavour of Saffron’s Goan Shrimp Curry... ($22) was bland, but the Paneer tikka masala ($17) was well under expectations. Oh, and the prices were insane. Two samosas were$7; the only item that good out of the whole $76 meal. Folks, I will stick to Tiffin and so should you. No one should besubjected to both inflation and quality “Shrinkflation”. Read more
