The carhops here are excellent, and a great example to other food establishments in the area on how to treat the customer. The... Sonic app makes it very convenient to order ahead, pull up to a stall and have your food brought out in about a minute...andsometimes faster. Food is good, the ice cream/shake/dessert selection is excellent, and the prices are mostly reasonable. Read more

I visited sonic today at 3:00pm and my intentions were to get sonic blasts for me and my two boys and a Oreo cheesecake master... handmade shake and a order of cheese sticks for my wife.and it was too hard for even one of the workers to answer the callbutton to take my order..I sat in the order lane for 30 minutes without even a could you please hold on or welcome to sonic beright with you...noone said anything at all for 30 minutes so I left , but I did notice that there workers were standing aroundsmoking ???? cigarettes , that's very bad customer service in my opinion..they lost my money today and will be lucky if I evergo back there.
