Worst Subway ever after several visits I seen staff being their lunch upfront and eat at the counter next to the sink. Workers... need hairnets! And the trays that you heat up the food with. I've seen staff eating out of them twice. I've never been sodisgusted this restaurant. I sent someone to pick up and online order. She returned after waiting an HOUR for food bec no onecame to the window. She called with no answer tried to call again busy signal. After she was waited on she was met with I'msorry pull up so we can make your sandwich..HOUR LATER??? Idc if you have 100 ppl in the store online orders are first bec thefood is already PAID FOR. Staff need safe serv exams and a serious retraining.I also had another incident where I placed andonline order for pick up. Nobody was in the store bec they were outside talking. If this job is pestering staff then they shouldquit. I did a call in once and since staff didnt understand her coworkers handwriting all she fixed was the meat and cheese andclocked out. I drove home to find out that nothing was on my sandwich. Once I got their the girl told me that her coworker saidthat she couldn't read the writing and basically did what she wanted to do. Read more
