Went in this morning to redeem a coupon for a free coffee, and decided to purchase a couple of lottery tickets. Mark who was... working said rudely, ?free coffee and some lottery tickets.? He then told me,?Two dollars?. I gave him a $20 bill. He looked atme and said, ?Really? You don?t have anything else? Paying with a big bill?? I didn?t respond because at this point I justwanted to get out of there. Sadly, this isn?t the first encounter that?s gone this way for me with this employee. I?ll betaking my business elsewhere.
